WHERE ARE YOU GOING, HABIBI? is a witty film that explores love from different cultural background. Ibo comes from a conservative Turkish family in Berlin, he meets Alexander, a German show wrestler who has a criminal record. Ibo falls in love with Alexander even though Alexander is straight. Through their adventures together, they start to learn more about themselves and the others through their own struggles with their identities and cultural roots.
